They were pretty fun. I enjoyed learning a bunch of crap that I didn't know but is insanely useful for pack riding (mostly tire rubbing/bumping, how to handle uber close riding, etc)

oh yea. Adam showed me the best place to jam a lead pipe into another's spokes for maximum damage.

Just remember to keep your hands on your bars so it looks like your not doing anything wrong.  Use the headbutt technique.
