MTB Skillz Camp?
« on: July 06, 2010, 12:16:18 PM »
Who would be interested in having a mountain bike skillz camp? Unfortunately, I know a lot of you live a long way away, but I was thinking it would be easiest for me to come up with good places to practice in Marin and I could probably find housing for a good number of people for a couple days. I was thinking mid-late August. Let me know what you guys think.

Also, it is worth noting that I'm really more of an XC rider than anything else, so I'd probably end up getting Lacey (since he knows the trails better than I do) to either help me out with some more gravity trails or I might be able to get him to actually run that portion of the clinic.

Sounds fun Jaimie.  Count me in...my summer schedule is pretty flexible...REALLY flexible.

Seeing as how I both live in Marin, and also thoroughly enjoy riding bikes on mountains, I will likely be down.  Like a clown.
Love you.

Fuck yea I'm down. Keep me posted. I've got 4 day weekends all throughout most of August.
I want to ride my bicycle.
I want to ride it where I like.

Alright, seems like we got some interest. I'm thinking sometime between August 20th and the end of the month. For the moment, it looks like weekends work for more people. Is that right? Or could we do some sort of Sat-Monday type thing to get some more people. Let me know what works best for you guys.

Matt, yeah, I'm back, but I'm now having a little back issue. Not sure when I'll be back to training yet. It's pretty lame.

Sorry everyone, I'd have loved to do this thing, but I've had a lower back problem/injury all summer that's been keeping me from doing much quality training. Laaaaammee.
