Alright, so I'm not even on the team yet (I plan to fix that once the OPERS festival comes around, or earlier if possible) but I'm an incoming freshman and there's pretty much two things I wanna do once I get to UCSC. Race mountain bikes, and play SOCCER. So if anyone knows how I could get on a team, please let me know. Cause the OPERS website pretty much says to just show up and put your name on a free agent list which doesn't sound too promising. Yup.

for intramural? I think free agenting works pretty well, but I actually have no reason to believe that, other than i think the IM league is decent sized.

Haha, and how hard would it be to do both?

If soccer doesn't do anything friday through Sunday your set, but I have a feeling they may.

It looks like only Div III plays on Fridays. Div I is on Mondays , and Div II is on Wednesdays. I just gotta get on a Div I or II team now. And BTW there's no way I'm not racing for you guys (unless you don't want me, in that case I'd have to make an auxiliary UCSC bike racing club).

Andrew d- If you've been riding a lot then you should have enough cardio in my book. What position do you prefer?

Midfielder is my favorite. I love catching people. However, I'm probably best at defense. Whatever works though, I'll play whatever. Anyways do you need any contact info? And what division will it be?
